Reese's Pieces cookies
Hey girls, I've been baking Reese's Piece's cookies this weekend, and I can certify that they are the best cookies ever! Here's the recipe, happy baking!
You’ll need:
115g soft butter/margarine
100g granulated sugar
100g light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
230g plain flour
1 box of Reese’s Pieces chocolates
First, preheat the oven to 170C/Gas Mark 3. Line a 49cm x 29cm (or as close as) baking tray with grease proof paper.
Next, beat both the sugars, butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy. Sieve the flour into the mixture, and mix until blended. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces. The mixture should be a thick and sticky consistency, thick enough to be able to roll into a ball.
Now, take heaped dessert spoon sizes of the mixture, roll into balls and place them on the baking tray, leaving 2cm between each ball.
Place the tray into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are slightly browned. Leave to cool, and then enjoy!
Final thought: If you love peanut butter, then these cookies are the perfect bake for you. They are super yummy and look pretty cool too. Great for a little snack.
